Tranquillina Meditating

Tranquillina Mikaru was the very first female to be Sovereign of the Mikaru Clan. She made a lot of positive changes to the Clan's Theocracy, granting more rights to females that married into the family, and to females who were 'natural' Mikaru's. As her name suggested she had a very tranquil personality, she was known for being very beautiful and for being an avid practitioner of meditation.
