Tranquillina Mikaru was the very first female to be Sovereign of the Mikaru Clan. She made a lot of positive changes to the Clan's governing policies, granting more rights to females that married into the family, and to females who were 'natural' Mikaru's. As her name suggested she had a very tranquil personality, she was known for being very beautiful and for being an avid practitioner of meditation. She was commonly referred to as Tranquillina the Reformer.
