The Starstream -class Personal Courier was a small scale transport ship designed and produced by the Mikaru Corporation starting just after the Clone Wars. The ship was classified by the Empire as a light starfighter, but the Mikaru's sold it for what it was, a Personal Courier. Its design was created for speed and maneuverability over defense and offense. The crafts Type-412 Fusion Reactor and Ion Drives gave it enough power to out run most ships of the time. And the two light laser cannons were enough to fend off most who were able to outrun it. The Starstream was equipped with a Class 1.0 Hyperdrive that allowed it to get its passengers or cargo to its destination in relative quick time.
