QuantumMass Ion Drives

The "QuantumMass" Ion Drive was a Capital scale ship engine produced by the Templar Technical Institute. Similar in prime function to the Astral Ion Drive but far larger, more power consuming, and wholly unable to boost at all. A single QuantumMass Ion Drive was more than capable of propelling a small corvette at normal fleet speeds. The Engine was produced for sale, not use by the Templars as the Tempalars used Capital grade Astral Ion Drives that gave their ships unusually high speed.
