The Ivory Dagger, was a custom built starfighter based on the Eta-2, called the Eta-2.5 Aeternus interceptor. After nearly 100 years in service the ship was refit into a Vindicator-class Stealth Interceptor. Built specifically for Vincent I and was eventually used by his Decedent of the same name. Its seen many battles in its years, and several paint jobs as well. Along the sides of the hull and in a small plaque in the cockpit, was the fighters motto "Shev'la Kal"

The Ivory Dagger began its life as a standard Eta-2, secretly bought by Kev-Mas and moved to Zonama Sekot where he secretly modified it into an Eta-2.5 Aeternus Interceptor, as a gift for Vincent Mikaru, his friend, and basically his apprentice.

After the refit was finished the Ship was given to Vincent as a gift for becoming a full fledged Silver Knight. Aside from transportation and routine flights to keep his skill up the ship never saw combat action till 100ABY and even then it was just an escape from a Sith held structure and no shots were fired. Upon Vincents Return to the Templars after half a century in stasis, the Dagger was updated again.

Stealth Vindicator RefitEdit

In 100aby, while Vincent was recovering from his years in stasis, Kev-Mas' Grandson Leonias Colcha saw to it that the Ivory Dagger was upgraded to current standards, out of respect for a friend of his family. Being of a much more streamlined design than the previous refit it was capable of much higher speeds in atmospheric conditions, and the newer S-foil arrangement allowed for a something known as 'slipstreaming.'

When the foils are closed, it creates a slipstream effect around the Ivory Dagger pushing the air out of the fighters way before it actually touches it allowing it to reach much higher speeds. And When the S-foils open, it increases air resistance allowing for higher mobility in dogfights.

During Vacuum operations, when the S-foils are closed the unit can obtain its top-speed of 210mglt while boosting. While the S-foils are closed however only the forward mounted laser cannons can operate because the other weapons could risk damaging the ship at top speed. With the S-foils open more maneuvering thrusters are exposed allowing for better maneuverability but inhibiting maximum burn potential.

Ivory Dagger IIEdit

During the Force Cold War, the Ivory Dagger was heavily damaged during the initial battles of the conflict with Tapani. The ship was damaged beyond repair though the cockpit module did separate saving the pilots life. A newer, slightly modified Ivory Dagger was then purpose built to replace fighter, which saw use during the final days of the war.
