The GTS Assault Swoop was a powerful swoop model, created for Kev-Mas Colcha, the then Shadow Guard during the Galactic Civil War. It was created by Sienar Fleet Systems.
Characteristics[]
These swoops, were painted with a black and red color scheme. They were capable of speeds up to 1000 km/h, an impressive feat for a land-based speeder. As such, the driver was required to wear a flight helmet.
It was equipped with forward-mounted steering vanes, long, low mounted stabilizer bars that swung up and down to serve as a shock absorber, for increased handling and maneuverability and a repulsorlift engine mounted in the center of the bike's frame to provide a decrease in rolling and tumbling. The GTS also came with two miniaturized twin ion engines on the rear end, coming out of each side of the swoop. This allowed it to gain considerable speed going forwards, backwards, left and right, but had to rely solely on Repulsorlifts to climb altitude.
The swoop had a retractable Blaster Cannon Turret located in between the control vanes, and 2 Retractable Concussion Missile Launchers on the sides of the vehicle, which held 2 missiles each.
History[]
Only 1 of these speeders was ever manufactured, created for the then Shadow Guard, Kev-Mas Colcha. Around the time when Kev-Mas joined the Templars of Twilight, he was able to construct 4 extra swoops from the schematics supplied with the original. He did this, seeing the potential for carrying a strike force of 5 Twilight Jedi (including himself) in the Crimson Phoenix (in which they were located) on various missions.

This Swoop was based on the design of the Fenrir, Cloud Strife's motorcycle as seen in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
