The Council of Justice was the largest council The Templars of Twilight had. Made up of Thirty Five Individuals, this council was responsible for trying, convicting or releasing prisoners and those who were suspected of committing crimes against The Balance or The Templars. The council was led by the Seigi and its member were appointed by the council every year, so that the members would never get swayed by power.

Should it come to it, this council was also responsible for giving out sentences to those suspects who were convicted.
