Averard was a planetoid located within the Norpha System. It lacked any atmopshere and as such was a barren body with no life upon it. Ironically, it had many underground lakes that would have supported life if an atmosphere did exist. The Averard Penitentiary was located upon this Planetoid and was touted by the Templars of Twilight to be the highest security penitentiary in the galaxy.
